Yoga Flow Series No. 1 Gentle flow

People have been asking me to post yoga flows on my blog so they can practice at home, here is the first one of the many to come.

Opening and centering (breathe deeply)

Warm Ups (Rolling neck, shoulders and hips)

Cat/Cow

Child’s pose

Cobra (or sphinx or baby cobra)

Downward Dog (walk out the dog)

Transition Jump/hop/walk forward into Forward Fold -> inhale half way up -> exhale fold

Half moon

Tree

Low Lunge (with twist to the side)

Warrior 2

Squat

Roll the length of you back and slowly come down to lying on your back

Bridge (with moving bridge)

Two Knee Twist

Cool Down (Happy baby, roll boat with hands on knees and circling hips)

Shavanasa

Closing
